It's not just my scale, it's a standard grading scale of all American schools. Your grading scale is very confusing and inaccessible to anyone who hasn't spoken to you about it personally.
AAA = B+? Why? If you want to do something inventive for the sake of being inventive than just have AAA = A+. "S" has no reason to even be in there except to be obnoxious.

It's not confusing at all, it's perfectly reasonable also take it up with Japan if you have a problem with it
